Our Purpose
Oak Hills exists to pursue the person and purpose of Jesus Christ.
The Recognition of Jesus
The Person of Jesus is the very core of our community. We value Jesus Christ simply for who He is, our Lord and Savior
The Pursuit of Jesus
Jesus has given us an invitation to live in Christ. We are a community that pursues Jesus Christ through biblical teaching, worship, and discipleship.
The Purpose of Jesus
Jesus was sent to redeem God's good creation. As His church, we are called to that same purpose by proclaiming the gospel in our city and beyond.

Our Beliefs
Our DenominationOak Hills Church is a part of the Reformed Church in America (RCA), The Reformed Church in America is a fellowship of congregations called by God and empowered by the Holy Spirit to be the very presence of Jesus Christ in the world. Our shared task is to equip congregations for ministry—a thousand churches in a million ways doing one thing—following Christ in mission, in a lost and broken world so loved by God.
|
Our CreedsThe Reformed Church in America is a confessional church. This means that, as a denomination, we affirm specific statements of belief called creeds and confessions. Along with most Christian churches, the Reformed Church accepts three creeds that were written in the first few centuries after Jesus' death: The Apostles' Creed, The Nicene Creed, and the Athanasian Creed.
